The CaseWare Cloud for Administrators course is a virtual training designed to assist learners in setting up and administrating the CaseWare Cloud environment.  The course will walk you through key firm configuration settings, user administration, permissions, security, and CaseWare Cloud collaboration tools.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

In this session you will learn the set-up and fundamentals of the CaseWare Cloud platform. At the end of the Caseware Cloud for Administrators training session, the learner will be able to:

  • Navigate the Caseware Cloud platform interface
  • Configure CaseWare cloud for firm-wide use
  • Set up staff, client entities, and client contacts
  • Create client engagements within the platform
  • Manage user permissions and understand platform security features
  • Assign staff to a client engagement
  • Utilize collaboration tools in the platform to enhance communication and workflow

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your attendance at the training at any time, but you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. You can reschedule your attendance to the same training, at a later date if the following conditions are met: i) this is the first time that you are rescheduling this training, ii) you are providing your request to reschedule at least one day prior to the training that you were originally scheduled to attend, iii) this training is scheduled to be repeated at least once in the 6 months following your written request to reschedule, and iv) you are selecting a date to attend the training that is no later than 6 months from the date of your request to reschedule.
