Elise is a lifelong educator with over 13 years of experience in higher education. Since changing careers, Elise has worked as an instructional designer and content creator in tech and now at CPA.com.

She is thrilled to bring her skills conveying complex information in an understandable way to learners to the accounting profession. In her time as CPA.com, Elise has been the primary writer of the 2024 CAS Benchmark Survey Report and has done extensive work to create and align CAS learning content.

Elise has a BA in English from Averett University and an MA in English Literature from Loyola University Chicago.
